Help wanted for cheese study
Would you like to try a new food product?
A second year doctorate in Cell and Molecular Bioscience is carrying out research on the acceptability of cheese products containing seaweed and seaweed extract (Alginate).
To take part in the study, participants need to be:
• Over 18 years old
• With no current ill-health and not taking medication
• Willing to record what they eat over 4 weeks
• Willing to include seaweed-based foods within their normal diet over the course of a week
Participants will be reimbursed for their participation and travel expenses.
