Martin Luther King Exhibition Talk - 19 September

The latest Friends event at the Philip Robinson Library takes place on 19 September, and is based around the current exhibition that tells the story of Dr Martin Luther King's visit to Newcastle 50 years ago, to collect his honorary degree.

The exhibition, part of Freedom City 2017, has been guest-curated by Professor Brian Ward, Professor in American Studies at Northumbria University. Professor Ward will be speaking as part of this special Friends event.
