Buddhist Teaching and Meditation - 23rd April

Monday 23rd April 2018, 5.15pm to 7.30pm  King's Gate, room 1.20 (smartcard access required via 2nd floor entrance. Proceed through Student Services entrance)

 

At 5:15 pm, Rev. Hugh Gould, the Buddhist chaplain for Newcastle University, will be offering an evening of Buddhist meditation and teaching. For all those who are new to the practice meditation instruction will be given at the beginning of the meeting followed by a half hour meditation period. Anyone who has come to a previous session is welcome to attend from 6pm.

 

Following the meditation period Rev. Hugh will present different aspects of Buddhist teaching with ample time for questions and discussion.

 

Given the timing of the event you are welcome to bring a snack with you to eat following the meditation period.
